We are seeking an Area Manager to join our family. We base our business around customer service and employee retention. We need self-motivated, hard-working, and passionate employees to provide our customers with the best experience possible.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields.
- Strong leadership qualities.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee 4-6 Subway locations.
- Monitor profitability.
- Develop management.
- Work alongside manager, crew members, and provide a safe, fun atmosphere.
- Ensure employees are well-trained following our 4-day training process.
- Administer reviews, coach managers, and team.
- Review schedules according to sales.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Review weekly inventories.
- Review truck ordering, banking, and monitoring waste.
- Work an average of 45 hours per week.
- Stand on feet for a long period and lift 25 lbs.
