Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid written and communication skills.

- Set the right example for the team.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside crew members and provide a safe, fun atmosphere.
- Oversee guest services and resolve in store guest comments.
- Ensure employees are well trained following our training process.
- Develop and promote employees from within the store to do all jobs.
- Write schedules according to sales. Reduce labor when sales are slow.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Truck ordering, banking, monitoring waste.
- Work an average of 40 hours per week. Work when business is there.
- Stand on your feet for long period and lift 25 lbs.
- Serv Safe certification.
